Ura-Hara wouldn't be the same without WTAPS®, one of the strongest influences on the streetwear scene. Borrowing from founder Tetsu Nishiyama's love of utility, this '21st' parka has been made in Japan from PERTEX®, a two-layer, water-resistant nylon, and features drawstrings at the hem and hood to adjust the fit.
